is an instructional systems designer and adult educator. She has more than two decades of experience in education at the local, state and national levels, focusing on online teacher training, online curriculum development, and higher education online learning. Her work has explored using pictures and entertaining stories to engage learners in understanding complex topics–from financial planning to health literacy and led to her founding of In-Brief Videos.
is a thought leader in monitoring and evaluation of international development initiatives. Through new media and technology, he has taken online training and coaching to a new level, conducting online workshops in nearly 40 countries. He specializes in the evaluation and improvement of maternal and child health, HIV/AIDS, nutrition, and organizational development programs. He is a gifted audio and video editor who believes in the value of using video to engage and entertain learners. He is the Co-Founder of In-Brief Videos.
